

OUR CURRICULUM
Our after-school gymnastics program is tailored to meet each child at their current ability - whether they’re brand new to the sport or already have some experience. Our program turns school gyms into fun learning zones where kids build strength, balance, and confidence through movement, games, and skill challenges. Our goal is to help students learn new skills safely while having fun, build confidence and body awareness, stay active and make new friends, practice team work, focus, and perseverance.
LEVEL 1
Focus: Body awareness, safety, basic positions, and movement patterns.
Goals:

LEVEL 2
Focus: Refining skills
Goals:
